- How to Practice with PDF Sheet Music and Backing Tracks on Mac

Reconnect a missing file
In FretPacer, go to Settings → Library → Check Linked Files, then choose Locate Original. Select the original file or a compatible replacement. If the file is in a cloud drive, download it to your Mac before reconnecting it. Your aliases, loops, and playback settings stay with the practice.
Back up or restore your practices
Go to Settings → General → Backup & Recovery to export or restore practice and library data. Back up your original scores, audio, and videos separately. Before replacing your records, FretPacer saves a local restore point. You can find it under Show Restore Points.
Prepare a problem report
In the Mac app, open Help & Support and choose Copy App Information. Add what you expected, what happened, and the file format involved. You can review the report before sharing it.
